It's been six years without dad and I still miss him just as much. People kept saying things would get better in time. They lied. I mean, I'm good at not thinking about it most of the time. At Christmas I can't help it. I don't think Christmas will ever be the same. I'll always remember sneaking out of bed to see if Santa came. And then seeing "Santa" putting the presents under the tree.
